Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your site. If we haven't started work, you get a full refund. Once design work is underway, refunds are partial because our time has been spent.

Before we start design

If you've paid but we haven't begun designing your site, email hello@99websites.co and we'll refund you in full.

After design work has started

Once we've delivered your first preview, the $99 build fee is partially refundable at our discretion — typically 50% — to account for design time already spent. Your included revision round exists to fix a first draft that misses the mark, so we encourage you to use it before requesting a refund.

After the site is approved or launched

The build fee is non-refundable once you've approved the site or it has gone live, since the work is complete and delivered.

Hosting

Annual hosting can be cancelled any time. We refund the unused portion of the current year on a pro-rata basis. After cancellation you keep the website files; we simply stop hosting and maintaining it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@99websites.co with your business name and the email you used at checkout. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
