Prices in USD. Domain: bring one you already own (free to connect), or we'll register and connect one for you — a one-time $25 plus the registrar's ~$12–20/yr fee. Either way it's registered in your name. Update requests are fair-use — think "swap a photo," not "redesign the site."

$99 is a one-time build fee — a fully custom-designed single-page site with a short menu, copywriting help, a contact form, SEO basics and one revision round. $99/year is managed hosting. You pay $198 at checkout (build + first year of hosting); hosting then renews automatically at $99/year, and you can cancel any time. If we can't get the first draft right, see our refund policy.
Hosting on our own infrastructure, a free SSL certificate, uptime monitoring, regular backups, ongoing client-portal access, and fair-use update requests — swap a photo, change your hours, add a testimonial. It renews at $99/year and the rate stays the same unless we change our pricing across the board — in which case existing customers hear about it first. No contract; cancel any time.
One page, done properly. It's a single scrolling homepage with a short menu (1–3 links like Services, About, Contact) that jumps to the right section. For most small businesses this converts better than a multi-page site and loads instantly. Need a genuine multi-page site or a blog? Tell us in the questionnaire and we'll quote a small flat add-on before we start.
Usually 2–3 business days from a completed questionnaire to your first preview. After that you get a revision round, then we launch — most projects wrap within a week.
Every build includes a full revision round. Open your portal, tell us what's not working, and we'll rework it at no extra cost. We want you genuinely happy before anything goes live.
Yes — it's how we work. We design, build and run every site on our own infrastructure, so we can keep performance, security, backups and support consistent. We don't deploy to third-party hosts or hand over raw files to host elsewhere.
There's no CMS, admin login or back-end to manage — it's a fully managed site. While you're hosting with us, you request content and small design changes any time through your client portal — swap photos, edit text, update hours, change a link — and we make them for you, usually within a business day or two. Larger changes get a quick flat quote first. That includes the standard privacy and terms pages we add to your site: we provide general templates and you're responsible for keeping them accurate for your business, so send us any wording changes and we'll apply them. Already have a domain? We'll connect it — no charge. Don't have one? We'll register and connect it for a one-time $25 (plus the registrar's ~$12–20/year, billed to you). Either way the domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Connecting a domain sometimes needs a manual DNS step on your side — we'll walk you through it or do it with you.
