Terms of Service

1. Who we are

99Websites is a website design and hosting service operated by Cyberdude.co ("we", "us"). By submitting the onboarding questionnaire or making a payment, you ("you", "the client") agree to these terms.

2. What the $99 build includes

• A custom-designed website of up to 5 pages.
• Basic copywriting assistance and layout of content you provide.
• Mobile-responsive build, a contact form, and standard on-page SEO fields.
• One full round of revisions after the first preview.
• Delivery of the finished files, or publication to your domain.

Work beyond this scope (extra pages, e-commerce, custom integrations, additional revision rounds, ongoing content work) is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it begins.

3. Optional hosting ($99/year)

Hosting covers managed hosting, an SSL certificate, uptime monitoring, client-portal access, and fair-use update requests. "Fair use" means small changes — swapping a photo, editing text, updating hours — not redesigns or new page builds. Hosting renews annually until cancelled. Domain registration is billed separately by your registrar.

4. What we need from you

A timely, complete questionnaire and any assets we request (logo, photos, business details). You confirm you have the right to use all content and images you send us. Projects with no client response for 30 days may be paused or closed, with payments handled under the refund policy.

5. Ownership

On full payment, you own the delivered website and its content. Your domain is registered in your name and remains yours. We may display the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Acceptable use

We don't build or host sites for illegal activity, malware, spam, adult content, or anything that infringes others' rights. We may suspend hosting for violations or non-payment.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or downtime outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.
