Buyers and sellers judge an agent by their web presence first

Choosing a real estate agent is one of the biggest financial decisions most people ever make, and it almost always starts online. A seller thinking about listing types your name into Google, or searches "realtor in [their city]," and opens the top few agents in tabs. In under a minute they've formed an opinion about who looks like a full-time professional with a real business — and who looks like a part-timer with a directory profile and a Facebook page.

Buyers do the same thing. Before they call about a house, they check out the listing agent to see whether this is someone who markets property well and knows the area. If your only presence is a brokerage sub-page that looks identical to two hundred other agents, or a stale site with a broken valuation form, you've lost the comparison before the conversation started. Meanwhile the agent across town has a clean site with a home-valuation tool, sold-price stats, glowing client reviews and neighborhood guides. They aren't necessarily better at negotiating — they just look established, and in this business looking established is most of the referral.

A 99Websites real estate site closes that gap. It's a single, fast-loading page built to do one job: turn the person who just searched for an agent into a booked listing appointment or a buyer consult. No bloated page builder, no brokerage template thousands of other agents are using — a site designed from scratch around your name, your market, your track record and the way real estate clients actually choose who to trust.

Built for how real estate clients decide

Every real estate site we build ships with the pieces that actually move a buyer or seller from "just looking" to "let's talk."

🏡

Home-valuation lead magnet

A "what's my home worth?" form front and center. Sellers hand you their address and contact details; you follow up with the number. The single best listing-lead generator an agent site can have.

📸

Featured listings section

Your current listings shown with real photography, price and key details, refreshed as your inventory changes so the site always looks active.

🔗

MLS / IDX portal link

A clear button that sends buyers to your MLS, brokerage portal or IDX search to browse every active listing — full search without the cost and bloat of an embedded portal.

📈

Track record & stats

Homes sold, average days on market, list-to-sale price ratio and years in the business, stated plainly. Numbers are what convince a cautious seller you'll get the job done.

👤

Agent bio & story

A proper about section — your background, your designations, why you do this and what clients can expect working with you. People hire the person, not the logo.

🗺️

Neighborhood guides

Short guides to the areas you specialize in — schools, commute, lifestyle, price trends. These pull in "moving to [neighborhood]" searches and prove you're the local expert.

⭐

Client review wall

Your best testimonials and Google reviews pulled onto the page with the star rating up top. Social proof is the number-one thing that converts a real estate visitor.

📅

Contact & lead form

A simple contact form plus click-to-call and text, so an interested lead can reach you in one tap — and a link to your scheduler if you use one.

⚡

Fast, mobile, and yours

Loads in under two seconds on a phone at an open house, passes Google's Core Web Vitals, and is never handed to another agent as a template.

Show up when someone searches "realtor near me"

Real estate is a local game. A seller in Denver is not hiring an agent in Miami. That means your website's job is to help Google understand exactly what you do and where you do it — and then convert the traffic that lands. We build the SEO foundations into every real estate site: a keyword-researched title and meta description, proper headings, a LocalBusiness schema markup block, the neighborhoods and towns you serve named on the page, an embedded map, and a fast, mobile-first layout Google rewards.

Paired with your Google Business Profile, it's what gets you into the local pack for searches like "realtor in [your city]," "real estate agent near me," "sell my house in [neighborhood]" and "homes for sale in [area]." Your neighborhood guides do double duty here — they capture the long-tail "moving to [town]" and "[school district] homes" searches that buyers run for months before they ever contact an agent, and they position you as the person who actually knows the market.

Four steps from questions to launch

You're involved at the start and the end. We handle everything in the middle.

STEP 01

Tell us about your real estate business

A short guided questionnaire — your market, track record, neighborhoods you serve, designations, and any sites you like.

STEP 02

We design & build it

Our proprietary design system turns your brief into a finished page, and a designer reviews and signs off on it before you see it — layout, copy, photos, mobile and SEO, all in the $99.

STEP 03

Review it in your portal

A private link to your live draft. Leave notes and request changes — one full revision round is included.

STEP 04

Approve & go live

Give the thumbs up and we publish to your domain and keep it running — hosting, SSL, backups, uptime.

One plan. Two numbers.

Real estate website questions

How long does a real estate website take to build?

Most real estate agent sites are designed, built and ready for your review in 2–3 business days. You get one full round of revisions in your portal before it goes live, and we publish the same day you approve.

Do you write the content, or do I have to?

We write it. You answer a short questionnaire about your market, your track record, the neighborhoods you serve and your approach, and we draft every word — your bio, the home-valuation pitch, neighborhood copy and calls to action. You review and adjust it before launch.

Can you match my brokerage branding and headshot?

Yes. Upload your logo, brokerage colors, headshot and any team branding in the intake form. We design the site around your existing brand so your website, business cards and yard signs all look like one identity, while keeping any brokerage-required disclosures in place.

I already have a website from my brokerage. Can you improve it?

We don't edit existing sites — we build a new one from scratch, which is usually faster and cheaper than fighting a brokerage template. Your 99Websites page is yours, points at your own domain, and stays with you if you ever change brokerages.

Can you connect an IDX or MLS listing feed?

The $99 site is a single page, so it doesn't run a full IDX search portal. What we do is feature your current listings with photos and link out to your MLS, brokerage portal or IDX search so buyers can browse everything. Most agents find the featured-listings plus valuation form converts better than a search box anyway.
