1. Our commitment
3TS Group LLC (dba 99websites.co) is committed to making our website and the websites we build usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech input, or keyboard-only navigation.
2. Standard we aim for
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities. We treat AA conformance as the goal for 99websites.co (the marketing site and the client portal) and as the design target for the websites we build for clients.
3. What we've done
- Semantic HTML with landmark regions and a logical heading structure;
- A "skip to content" link and visible keyboard focus on interactive elements;
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images marked as such;
- Form fields with labels and error messages that are announced to assistive technology;
- Color contrast checked against the AA thresholds for text and interactive elements;
- Support for browser zoom to at least 200%, and respect for the "reduce motion" system setting;
- An accessible cookie-consent dialog that can be operated by keyboard.
Accessibility is part of our build and quality-assurance process, so new work is checked against the same bar.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet fully meet AA. Known areas we are working on:
- On narrow screens, the main navigation currently collapses to the logo and primary buttons; a full mobile menu is in progress.
- Third-party embeds (such as an embedded map) are outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard.
If you find a barrier that isn't listed here, please tell us (Section 6) — your report helps us prioritize.
5. Sites we build for clients
We design client websites toward WCAG 2.2 AA. After a site is delivered, the client is responsible for any content they later ask us to add and for keeping the site accurate. If you have trouble using a small-business website we host, contact that business, or email us and we will pass it on and help.
6. Tell us about a barrier
If any part of our website or a site we host is difficult to use, contact us and we'll work with you to provide the information, service, or fix you need:
Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you use.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to give a plan or fix within 30 days.
7. How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 2 September 2026 based on our own review of the site using automated tools and manual testing (keyboard navigation, screen-reader spot checks, and zoom). It has not been reviewed by an independent third party. We review it at least annually and when we make significant changes.
