1. Our policy
3TS Group LLC (dba 99websites.co) responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We will remove or disable access to material we host that is the subject of a valid notice, notify the affected client, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
2. Filing a takedown notice
If you own a copyright (or are authorized to act for the owner) and believe material we host infringes it, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list, if multiple);
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it — the full URL is best;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Designated agent
Attn: DMCA Agent
1008 West Ave M-14, Suite D832, Palmdale, CA 93551, USA
Email: dmca@99websites.co
Notices that are incomplete or that are sent for a purpose other than reporting copyright infringement may not receive a response.
4. Filing a counter-notice
If your material was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number; and
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the Central District of California (or, if you are outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
5. Repeat infringers
We will suspend or terminate the service for clients who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
6. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Consider consulting a lawyer before filing.
